This apartment on two floors is on rue Jean Jaures, just eight minutes' walk from the Palais. The entrance to the apartment is on the 4th floor and there is no lift.It is in fact an attic apartment, but with high sloping ceilings above the living room, offering tremendous volumes.
There are rich wood floors, exposed rafters and beams, a decor developed with discernment and furnishings of quality.
The huge living room has areas equipped for dining, just sitting and relaxing, or working. The several tall windows flood the room with light.
A fully equipped, beautifully appointed kitchen opens onto the living room across a long breakfast bar.
Still on this first level, there is a bedroom with double bed and another with one single bed.
This level is completed by a shower room with toilet.
The upper level is reached by way of quite steep open stairs.
On this level, there is an true attic bedroom with twin single beds that can be put together to form a double. Attention, the ceiling is not very high!
