the apartment
A beautifull three-bedroom duplex apartment located in the heart of the old town, twelve minutes' walk from the convention center. It is on the first floor without lift.The spacious living room is an attic room with generous volumes and a lot of character. There is a terrace with a charming view over the rooftops and very attractive decoration throughout.
The large living room is under the roof, but boasts a high sloping ceiling. In fact it is on the first level, the same as the entrance to the apartment. The room has numerous features: exposed beams, exposed stone wall, fire place, etc.
There are two double bedrooms on the same level.
There is a generous bathroom on the way up from the first to second level, beautifully equipped with shower cabin and toilet.
Still on the first level there is an equipped open kitchen.
On the second level is the third bedroom with double sofa bed.
