CG Midi Estival (2859)

Deposit required is corresponding to the total room nights reserved  (except for properties with a minimum length of stay required). 
If your payment is not received within the given schedule, your option will be automatically cancelled.

Administrative fees corresponding to 2% of the requested amount will be levied on any financial transaction. These fees are non-refundable.

1. General booking terms & conditions

* Group conditions (from 10 reservations): 

- All cancellations can be made without charge until August 20th 2025 included (less 2% administrative fees).

- From August 21rst till August 31rst 2025 included: 
The customer is granted a cancellation margin of 50% per hotel per night booked.
Excluding these 50%, any other cancellation will be charged up to 100% of the total amount cancelled.

- From September 1rst 2025 onwards, we regret that all cancellations (including shortened stay) made after this date will not be subject to refund or any transfer of deposit.

2. Event cancellation or postponement.

Hotels Partner will apply the following conditions:

-Up to and including August 28th 2025: Cancellation free of charge. 
However, the  deposit amount paid will not be refunded but will be carried over to the next event
less administrative costs (2%).

-Between August 29th and september 13th 2025 inclusive: 
penalty fees up to 20% of the deposit paid and report of the additional 80% on TFWA 2026.

-From September 14th 2025: penalty fees up to 40% of the deposit paid and report of the additional 60% on TFWA 2026.
